At the same location since 1866
Becoming a true institution, this stellar Dijon restaurant since 1863, has moved only once, in 1866, to across from the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, at the Place d’Armes which in 1944 was renamed Place de la Libération. For more than 150 years, the restaurant Le Pré aux Clercs has offered a breathtaking view of the loveliest square in Dijon and perpetuates the idea of fine dining as an art in living well.
